With multiple local, half and full marathons coming up, it’s very important that you understand how to train effectively. AXIOM personal trainer, Jennifer Wenzel, shares her expertise and gives her top tips for how to best train for a half marathon.

Jen recommends to start training by getting a pair of shoes that fit you the best and create a running/workout schedule for yourself to stay on track. Incorporate circuit training into your training routine, and find a buddy to experience the excitement with you!
