Many of you may have already read the TIME Magazine article “Why Exercise Won’t Make You Thin”

When you read this article please keep in mind that magazine’s are in the business to create a buzz that is either positive or negative. They will do whatever it takes to sell magazines.

We work with people everyday to help them lose weight, be healthier, and more fit! I have seen many people succeed over the years with daily exercise and smart nutrition. Losing weight should not be the sole reason for anyone to adopt a workout routine. Exercise has many benefits ranging from reducing stress, increasing energy, increasing strength, gaining more flexibility, & improve confidence.The list goes on and on. There are far more reasons to exercise than not too. Movement is an essential component of life. To live you must move well!

P.S. I would like to see an article written about “Why lack of exercise will kill you!” Now wouldn’t that sell some magazines?
